How it works

Submit
Send us your details, the candidate's details, and their resume against an open mandate.

Screen
The candidate goes through our standard evaluation. Being referred does not skip a step or guarantee selection.

Onboard
Your candidate is hired and joins the team. The hiring manager signs off on the referral payout.
4
Get paid
₹15,000 by NEFT or IMPS within 45 days of onboarding, subject to TDS.
Referrals must be submitted within 30 days of the candidate coming under consideration. .
